Novum Kai ("we," "our," or "us") operates the WealthOS platform accessible at novumkai.com. We provide AI-powered wealth-building tools, credit education resources, and financial guidance. Information You Provide During Onboarding
When you create a WealthOS profile, we collect: your full name, primary wealth-building goal, estimated monthly income range, estimated personal credit score range, and business entity status. This information is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to our servers.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit novumkai.com, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects standard server log data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit. This data is used for security and performance monitoring.
AI Coach Conversations
When you use our AI Wealth Coach, your messages are transmitted to our AI provider (Vercel AI Gateway / OpenAI) to generate responses. We do not permanently store conversation history on our servers. Conversations exist only within your active browser session.
Email Information
If you subscribe to our email list or purchase a product, your email address is collected and stored with our email service provider (MailerLite). This is governed by MailerLite's privacy policy.
Your onboarding profile (name, goal, income range, credit score range, business status) is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This means: • It never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it • It is not stored on Novum Kai servers • Clearing your browser data will remove your profile • Your data is not accessible to other users or third parties We do not operate a user account database. There are no passwords, no server-side profiles, and no cloud sync of your personal financial data.
Vercel

OpenAI / Vercel AI Gateway

Gumroad

Novum Kai does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Our platform uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to store your profile data locally on your device.
